下はジェノワーズショコラ(チョコスポンジ)で
真ん中がムースショコラ
一番上がガナッシュ・ア・グラッセ(チョコのコーティング)

幸運にもこの日来店されたお客様は大喜び

すごく美味しい！と大好評でした

もちろん私たちスタッフもいただきました

ムースショコラが柔らかくてすごく美味しかったです
中にシロップ漬けのチェリーが入ってて
これがまたチョコと合うんです！

次回の手作りスイーツは７月３１日です

美味しいケーキを食べたい方は7月３０日の４時半以降にご予約を

８月１日は朝から大丈夫ですよ
